How come I have people telling me that it gives 2x EXP points after rebirthing? Am I missing something about its purpose?

it doesnt give extra exp - would be weird anyways since that'd make rebirthing easier each time. It mostly exists just for skins but it could be used for other things in the future (mostly thinking DRU stuff)
