Synopsis
"You" is transported back into the Draco Arcade Nexus after defeating Lord of The Board, and finds that the portal to the right is now open. He continues on his mission to take down the Rift Monarch.
Gameplay
Upon starting DAL2, all players' weapons, mysteliates and points will be reset.
A major mechanic of the Draco Arcade non-canon series is Force Power, a system that influences the damage players deal to the arcade apparitions. Force Power cannot be obtained from the Draco Arcade directly, but rather losing or beating levels of it, or from the rest of the game. Having lower force power than the enemy - which can be seen as a number on a star icon underneath a player or enemies' health bar - represents the force value of that enemy. Having less force than the enemy means players will do reduced damage, but having more force means players will deal extra damage!

Players are tasked with protecting the HyperCube throughout the event. Go to the respective page for more information.
Throughout the chapter, various hazards such as sawblades, rotating blades and spikes will be present, dealing 50 damage when touched. These are mostly confined to obstacle course sections.
Enemies are spawned via Rifts in this event, which are purple cubes that float around the map, slowly spawning enemies.
Stage 1
Rift 2-1s are spawned, both have 20,000 health and a force value of 100. They spawn Glitch Noobs.
Stage 1B
Rift 2-1Bs are spawned, both have 30,000 health and a force value of 110. They spawn Glitch Noobs and Glitch Knights.
Stage 2
Rift 2-2s are spawned, both have 100,000 health and a force value of 120. They spawn Glitch Rangers and all previous enemy types.
Stage 2B
Rift 2-2Bs are spawned, both have 120,000 health and a force value of 140. They spawn all previous enemy types.
Stage 2C
Rift 2-2Cs are spawned, both have 150,000 health and a force value of 160. They spawn Glitch Invis and all previous enemy types.
Stage 4
Rift 2-4s are spawned, both have 230,000 health and a force value of 165. They spawn Glitch Rangers and Glitch FlamerRays.
Stage 4B
Rift 2-4Bs are spawned, both have 250,000 health and a force value of 170. They spawn Glitch Rangers, Glitch FlamerRays, and Glitch Sieges.
Stage 5
Rift 2-5s are spawned, both have 300,000 health and a force value of 170. They spawn all enemy types, though mostly Glitch Noobs, Glitch Rangers, and Glitch Sieges.
Transcript
Players are teleported to the lobby while the screen fades to black.
-Server: "The following is a non-canon chapter."

-Server: "In defeat, you only grow stronger."

"You" is launched out of the Nexus portal and glitches around for a moment.
-You: "That was still disorienting..."
-You: "Seems the right is active, I'll go there!"
"You" enters the second portal and is transported to a new area.
-King: "You're in!"
-???: "Welcome, hero!"
-You: "Oh, who are you? This looks amazing!"
-DeathWrath: "I'm THE DeathWrath."
-You: "Cool!"
-You: "This'll be fun to go through!"
-DeathWrath: "Yeah we'll see how long THAT mood lasts."
-DeathWrath: "Here's the game. You see that HyperCube?"
-DeathWrath: "If it reaches 0, you're dead."
-DeathWrath: "That's all anyone worth their salt needs to know, I'm out."
-King: "Wait hold on... That cube seems linked to many grid walls I sense throughout the castle..."
-King: "You'll probably need to bring it to them to continue!"
-DeathWrath: "..."
-DeathWrath: "I'm gonna open the gates."
The castle gates creek open, and "You" brings the HyperCube into the entrance hall of the castle.
-DeathWrath: "Glitch Noobs up."
You destroys both Rift 2-1s and the Glitch Noobs they spawn.
-Server: "STAGE 1 CLEAR!"
-Server: "300 POINTS AWARDED!"
-Server: "300 EXP AWARDED!"
-DeathWrath: "Glitch Knights."
You destroys both Rift 2-1Bs and the glitch enemies they spawn.
-Server: "STAGE 1B CLEAR!"

"You" continues forth and presses all 3 buttons, opening a door to a small obstacle course.
-You: "All buttons hit!"
"You" completes the obstacle course and enters the library with the HyperCube.
-King: "I sense a presence lurking in this area."
-DeathWrath: "Do this yourself for real this time. No handholding."
-You: "[Huh?]"

-Server: "STAGE 2 CLEAR!"

A cutscene starts, showcasing a gate opening.
-DeathWrath: "I've opened the gates for you."
-DeathWrath: "And listen, let's get this redundant one out the way."
The camera shows a button at the far end of the library being pressed.
-DeathWrath: "Now go hit buttons."
-King: "It seems hitting that button also opened up some other gates..."
Other gates are shown open.
-DeathWrath: "..."
The camera shows a set of platforms that can be extended by pressing buttons.
-King: "It also seems to have opened the platform up top, I'm sure hitting all will create a path for you!"
-King: "Leading to the final button!"
The final button, coloured red, is focused on.
-King: "That should open this gate to allow you to pass."
The camera cuts back to where the first button was, right infront of the last gate.
-You: "Ah I see, thanks King!"
-DeathWrath: "You are so bad."
"You" hits all of the buttons, including the final red one.
-You: "All buttons hit!"
"You" proceeds onwards.
-DeathWrath: "Seems you got them all."
"You" gets past the small obby and reaches a purple button and a strange wall.
-DeathWrath: "Hitting that button will allow you to phase through."
"You" passes the miniature course and enters the garden.
-Server: "BONUS STAGE 3 CLEAR!"
-Server: "1000 POINTS AWARDED!"
-Server: "7000 EXP AWARDED!"
-King: "A presence lurks here too."
-DeathWrath: "ok then."

"You" proceeds onward, but the floor beneath him breaks and he tumbles into the sewers.
-DeathWrath: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
-You: "Well great, now I'm soaked."
"You" climbs out of the sewers and enters a cramped basement.
-DeathWrath: "This is the HyperCube's stop."
-DeathWrath: "Survive THIS, and it will no longer need to be protected."
"You" survives the basement skirmish and destroys both 2-5 Rifts, leading to the HyperCube vanishing.
-Server: "STAGE 5 CLEAR!"
-Server: "5000 POINTS AWARDED!"
-Server: "12000 EXP AWARDED!"
-King: "No more cube, you did it!"
-You: "Yeah!"
-DeathWrath: "..."
-DeathWrath: "Now listen."
-DeathWrath: "Here's what we're gonna do instead."
-DeathWrath: "Keep going."
-DeathWrath: "Now listen here you bot."
-You: "Ro... Bot?"
-DeathWrath: "Honestly I'll tell you what too."
-DeathWrath: "You should be able to take that cube here with you but after those library buttons..."

-DeathWrath: "Good luck plain one... With this Tower of HELL."
If the checkpoint midway through the tower is activated, the following dialogue will be triggered.
-DeathWrath: "Did you really need that checkpoint?"
"You" reaches the top of the tower.
-DeathWrath: "You had it easier."
-DeathWrath: "What's next wont be."
"You" enters DeathWrath's arena.
-Server: "BONUS STAGE 6 CLEAR!"
-Server: "20000 EXP AWARDED!"
-King: "You made it!"
-You: "Show yourself!"
-DeathWrath: "You little bug."
-DeathWrath: "THIS should have been the HyperCube's stop, that wasn't difficult enough."
-DeathWrath: "That's the only reason you did better than me."

-You: "That would not have been as fun."
The music begins to fade...
-DeathWrath: "Fun..? Are you really that bad?"
-You: "Didn't you say I did better than you?"
-You: "Besides, isn't the whole purpose to be fun?"
-You: "I had some fun, purpose fulfilled I say."
-DeathWrath: "LOL"
-DeathWrath: "You ARENT better than me."
-DeathWrath: "Your purpose is NOTHING."
-DeathWrath: "You are NOTHING to me..."
-DeathWrath: "Fun?"
-DeathWrath: "Just admit you're BAD I CANT with this bot."
-DeathWrath: "You serve ZERO purpose."
-DeathWrath: "I think I'm going kill you, NOW."
"You" begins fighting DeathWrath, and brings him down to 1,640,000 health.
-DeathWrath: "You must die!"
"You" defeats DeathWrath.
-Server: "STAGE 7 CLEAR!"
-Server: "40000 EXP AWARDED!"
-You: "I wonder what's in store next!"
-King: "That rift will soon shoot you out to the nexus, now the rift boss is defeated!
-King: "Onto the next level!"
In the case of an attempt being lost for any reason, the following dialogue is triggered.
-Server: "Your loss has made you stronger!"
-Server: "Awarded 164,000 Arcade Force EXP!"
-Server: "Try again."
In the case of all attempts being lost, the following dialogue is triggered.
-Server: "You could not stop the rift in all attempts!"
-Server: "Your failure has made you stronger!"

Trivia
- The old badge was used when DAL2 initially released, which had a bug not encountered during testing where DeathWrath would immediately die. This was later fixed alongside minor balancing changes and a new badge was created in place.
- The bonfires featured at the beginning of the map and used as a checkpoint in the tower climb is a reference to the bonfires from Dark Souls games.
- DeathWrath's tirade after "You" states the point was to have fun is a partial reference to a meme which features the speech of Low Tier God.
- DeathWrath's line "Good luck plain one... With this Tower of HELL!", alongside the climbing of the tower itself is a reference to Roblox games such as Tower of Hell and Juke's Towers of Hell where players must climb tall, arduous towers and reach the top. These games are typically very difficult for the average player.
- Unlike other badges, the DAL2 badge is awarded to all players who participated in the DeathWrath fight after he is defeated, in contrast to most badges, which are awarded either only to surviving players, or to everyone in the server, regardless of if they were even present in the fight.
